during which time he had loan spells with Coventry City and Aldershot Town. He appeared for the Irish Republic at U17, U18 and U21 levels.
By the time he moved on to Bristol Rovers he had made 13 appearances for Reading (7 starts, all competitions), 8 for Coventry (3 starts) and 7 for Aldershot (4 starts).
He struggled to make an impact in his time with Rovers, playing 19 times for the club making 11 outings during the 2020-21 campaign, with only one of them coming in the starting line-up. He also struggled with injuries and was released on 1st September.

Originally signed March 2019 from Grantham Town and signed a contract extension in January 2020 that keeps him at The Walks until the summer of 2022.
Signed for Grantham Town in the summer of 2018 having previously played for FC Halifax.
The right-back started his career at Scunthorpe United before being released at the age of 15.
After playing in the Manchester Elite squad for a year, Barrows signed for FC Halifax Town where he became the 2014-15 Student Player of the Year.
Barrows also spent part of the 2016-17 season on loan to Frickley where he scored four goals in seven appearances and went on loan to North Ferriby United the following season.
He made 37 appearances for the Gingerbreads in the 2018-19 season scoring four goals.

Joining the Don’s as an Under 13 on release from Tottenham’s academy he made seven League Two appearances for The Dons last season from the bench.
He made three starts in the EFL Trophy and was a used substitute in the matches against Weymouth (FA Cup) and Gillingham (EFL Trophy).
Bartley notched over 20 goals for Wimbledon’s Under18s in season 2021-22 and has had experience of non league football during his time with the Dons seeing loan spells at Potters Bar Town, Cray Wanderers and, last season, spells at Wingate & Finchley (5 appearances) and Harrow Borough (6 appearances).
Loan period ended when, it was reported, "he said he was ill and unable to train. But then we learned that he was in Dubai."

He spent much if his early career in East Anglia playing for Mildenhall, Thetford Town, Norwich CBS, Leiston and Bury Town before joining West Bromwich Albion in 2021.
During this time he had loan spells with Burton Albion, Notts County and Gateshead. He made one league and one EFL Trophy appearance for the Baggies.
He signed for York City in the summer on 2023 making nine league appearances (four starts).

Described as a "non-league gem", the 22 year old has played for a number of clubs, the last three years seeing him with Sutton Coldfield Town, Peterborough U21, Peterborough Sports (loan), AFC Telford United, Nuneaton Borough, Alvechurch and, most recently, Barwell.
The 2023-24 season saw him start at Alvechurch where he made 11 appearances (6 starts) scoring three times. He joined Barwell in November 2023 where he made 14 appearances (9 starts) scoring three goals.
His early career saw him with West Bromwich Albion and Kidderminster Harriers as a junior. He moved to Italy in 2016 where he played for Serie A Cagliari’s under-17 side and returned to England in
August 2018 playing for Solihull Moors` under-19 side before joining Banbury United in October 2019 and then rivals Redditch United until lockdown.
He moved to Highgate in the summer of 2020 followed by Redditch United and then Sutton Coldfield Town.

Clifford made six appearances for Southend last season (2022-23) having made 19 the previous season, including the 2-1 defeat of the Linnets in January 2022.
The 24-year-old has made a total of 62 league appearances for Southend since joining the culub in 2010 and making his first team debut in 2018 having spent his
youth at Foots Cray Lions (Sidcup) and the academy at Tottenham.
He had loan spells at Bishop’s Stortford (2017-18) and Concord Rangers (2019-20).

Crowe progressed through the ranks of Ipswich Town during which time he had a spell on loan to Leiston.
He moved to Torquay on a free transfer in July 2022 spending a month in 2023 on loan to Havant & Waterlooville making two appearances.
For Torquay he made 14 National League South appearances (2 starts) inthe 2023-24 season.

before moving to Leyton Orient following a successful loan spell (15 appearances), he the made 117 appearances between 2018-21 in the 4 years he was at the club.
Coulson joined Southend in June 2021 making 8 league appearances, including one against Lynn at The Walks.

The winger/forward joined Chesterfield during the summer of 2023 and made his debut as substitute in the FA Cup tie against Kettering Town and made
one brief appearance for the Spireites in the National League this season in the 4-0 victory over York City.

Starting his youth career with Nottingham Forest, the six foot six inch centre forward was a member of Ram’s Academy at U18 and U21 levels who had loan periods with Matlock Town (one goal in six appearances), Solihull Moors and AFC Fylde in the 2022-23 season
For Solihull, his appearances were mostly from the bench, making eleven appearances, two starts, and scoring three goals.
Joining Fylde in March 2023 he made seven appearances, four starts, including the match at The Walks.
For the Rams he made four Championship appearances in 2021-22, one start, and, last season, two appearances in the EFL Trophy.

Signed on schoolboy forms in 2008 and then Ipswich Academy in July 2017, and he had loan spells with Bury Town, Lowestoft Town and Leiston before making his debut on 8 October 2019 as a substitute in a 4–0 win over Gillingham in the EFL Trophy and made
two further substitute appearances in the EFL Trophy and FA Cup during the season. He was out of the game for nearly two years through injury
but made a dream comeback in the U23 team against QPR in January 2022, scoring a hat trick in the 4-2 win.
Hughes joined Torquay United on loan in August with the intention that he would stay until the end of the 2022 but he returned to Portman Road
after making two appearances (one start) in order to get more regular first team football with Ipswich Under 23s.

Jones began his career with the youth system of Charlton Athletic in 2001 before signing for Leyton Orient's
youth system in 2002.
Although not making a first team appearance there he impressed youth coach Alex Inglethorpe sufficiently to follow him to Exeter City
when Inglethorpe became manager there and went on to make 158 league appearances.
After a loan period with Peteborough United he joined Posh on a free transfer in June 2011.
After his first season with Peterborough he rejected the opportunity to stay and moved on to Crawley Town making 92 league appearances
before joining Portsmouth in June 2014. He made 55 league appearances for Pompey in his two seasons with which also saw him loaned back to Crawley
for seven weeks.
He then spent two seasons with Norwich as third choice keeper making just the one league cup appearance.
Jones returned to Exeter at the beginning January 2018 on loan for the remainder of that season and was released subsequently by the Canaries.
Following a trial with Kilmarnock he joined Fleetwood in August 2018 making three appearances in this season for them before
joining Sheffield Wednesday as third choice keeper making the first team squad on eight occasions but not playing and leaving in July 2020.
Appointed player-coach soon after the departure on manager Tommy Widdrington in April 2023.

Kyle Callan-McFadden (central defender)

Signed 20th November 2020 when he moved to Norfolk for family reasons, leaving League of Ireland club Sligo Rovers.
Agreed two year contract with Lynn, June 2021.
The centre back joined Norwich City’s Academy at the age of 16 as a first year scholar in the summer of 2011 having impressed in trials.
McFadden began with Irish side Swilly Rovers with whom he was capped at Republic of Ireland Under-16 level and he then received further caps with Norwich
at Under 17 level.
He helped the Canaries win the FA Youth Cup playing in both legs of the final against Chelsea.
He made his first team debut for the Canaries on 28 July 2014 in a friendly against OGC Nice and his professional debut in Norwich's 3–1
League Cup second round victory against Crawley Town in August 2014, playing the full 90 minutes.
He was released by Norwich at the end of the 2014–15 season but later played for Ireland's Under21s.
He moved on to join Orlando City B in October 2015.
On 2 December 2016, Callan-McFadden was signed by Sligo Rovers of the League of Ireland Premier Division, making
over one hundred appearances, scoring five times.
Apart from playing for the Canaries, McFadden also has links with Norfolk via his wife who has family in Tasburgh.
“If fans come to see me they can expect to see hard tackles, powerful heading, and a player that’s good with the ball at his feet,” Callan-McFadden
is quoted as saying in an On The Ball City match-day programme.

A former Hull, Tranmere Rovers, Scunthorpe, and Boston United player who went gone on to play for a variety of clubs
including Tadcaster, Frickley Athletic, Belper, Stamford and then Matlock Town.
He made his Stamford debut in January 2022 scoring 13 goals from 15 appearances by the end of the season. In 2022-23 he scored 36 goals in 40 competitive appearances but moved to Matlock following Stamford’s switch to the Southern League which was too much for the Doncaster based player.
For Matlock he scored 28 goals in as many matches (or 33 in 30 if those games against now defunct Marske United are included).

A youth player with Lancaster City before joining Fleetwood Town in 2015 at the age of ten.
He signed his first professional contract with Fleetwood in October 2022 and made an appearance in their FA Cup match the following month.
He has represented Scotland at Under 18 level.
Emmanual Oke (Defender/midfielder)

Signing announced 26th June 2023, Oke was allowed to leave previous club Margate in order to try playing at a hight level and given a two year contract at Lynn with a further option.
The midfielder/defender Emmanuel made 25 appearances for Margate in the 2022-23 season, scoring once, with a disciplinary record of four cautions and one dismissal.
The previous season saw him at Mangotsfield United where he made 20 appearances and prior to that he was with Corinthian.
Playing football from the age of five he was involved with Arsenal Grassroot Soccer, Charlton Centre of Excellence and Dartford Reds Under 11s and then Dartford Academy.
Went on season long loan to Bishop's Stortford 15 Decemder 2023.

The Nuneaton born player, started his career at Coventry City beginning with the U18s. While with the Sky Blues he made 24 appearances, scoring three goals and had loan spells with Macclesfield and Tranmere Rovers.
He joined Wrexham, initially on loan in January 2020. He made 60 league appearances (26 starts) for the Reds scoring eight goals, two of these coming against Lynn in the matches in May and November 2021 meetings.

This season he made five league appearances (four starts) for Bishop’s Stortford scoring in the 4-1 defeat against Rushall.

He joined Yeovil Town's academy in 2016 making fourteen appearances before moving on to Torquay in 2021 making seven appearances and also having
loan spells with Truro City and Plymouth Parkway before joing Kidderminster Harriers
in July 2022 forwhom he made fifteen appearances (5 starts) but his contract being terminated in January 2023.
He joined Bude Town in January 2023 and also had a loan spell with Willand Rovers and in October/November 2023 he was with Bideford.
Kian Ronan (defender/midfielder )

Signed 8th July 2023 on a one year deal, he had been playing much of his football in Gibraltar with Manchester 62 and Lincoln Red Imps.
Ronan played youth football with Ipswich Town making two appearances in the 2018–19 FA Youth Cup. He had a loan spell with Isthmian League North team Mildenhall Town in the 2018-19 season.
He has represented Gibraltar at a number of youth levels, making his senior international debut in September 2020 in the UEFA Nations League against San Marino going on to make 25 appearances.

A member of King's Lynn Community Football at the age of eight he has progressed over the years, he was released by Norwich City at the age of sixteen having spent eight years with the Canaries.
The 2022-23 season saw him play 14 games (5 starts) for Fakenham Town, scoring once, before moving on to Heacham where he made 9 appearances (7 starts) scoring 5 times.
For the Academy U19 team he made 20 league/league cup appearances, scoring 19 goals.
Royle has also played for King's Lynn Soccer Club and AFC Lynn Napier Reserves.

Smith joined Boro from Dover U18s in 2019.
He made his League Town debut for Stevenage in August 2019 and was the club’s Young Player of the Year at the end of the 2020-21 season.
During his time with Stevenage he has seen loan periods with Braintree and Kettering and, last season, Dartford, where he took part in the National South Play-off against St Albans City.
In total, he made 32 appearances for the Darts, scoring three times.
For Kettering, in the 2021-22 season he made 11 appearances.

On release from Rovers he joined Gloucester City in August 2022 making eighteen league appearances (13 starts) scoring five goals, injury causing him to be sidelined from October to February.

Signed 15th July 2022 from Barwell with a contract extension agreed in July 2023 for 2023-24 and the option of a further year.
Beginning his youth career with Leicester City, he played for Oadby Town before joining Kettering Town, making his debut for the Poppies in November 2015 where he went on to make 33 appearances (all comps) scoring three goals before joining Stratford Town and making his debut there in November 2016 and scoring twice in 26 appearances.
The following season saw him more prolific in front of goal with 25 goals in 46 appearances in a season which saw him trial with Coventry City, Birmingham City, and Ipswich Town.
June 2018 saw a move to Macclesfield Town. He was released at the end of the 2019-20 season having scored six goals in 52 appearances. A return to Macclesfield in September 2020 was not to be as the day after he signed the club was wound up.
A second spell with Kettering Town followed making twelve appearances, scoring once.
He made a brief return to Stratford in July 2021 before joining Barwell the following month where his 24 goals in 33 league appearances saw him become the
Southern League Premier Central's leading goal scorer for the season.

September 2023 saw him makee his League Two debut against Stockport having previously played against Stevenage in the EFL Trophy.

Greg Taylor (Defender)

Signed 11th January 2024, following the departure of Adam Crowther, on loan from Woking for the remainder of the season.
Taylor moved to Woking during the summer having been at Cambridge United since 2013 - making 267 EFL appearances.
Starting his career with Northamton U18s in 2008 he had spells with Kettering and Darlington before joining Luton in 2011.
While at Luton he had loan spells with Tamworth and Mansfield Town before joining Cambridge United.
At Woking he has made 20 appearances (15 starts), his last appearance for the Cards being in November.
Harry Twite (Midfielder)
Born: Burmuda June 17th 2005
Age 19
Signed August 2023.
The product of Warwick Academy (Bermuda) and Repton School (Derbyshire), Twite made two appearances for the Burmudan national team in March 2023 in the CONCACAF Nations League against Haiti and Guyana having previously played for the U21s.
Twite was named Player of the Tournament in the 2022 Digicel Bermuda Triangle Cup.
Loaned to Wisbech Town November 2023.
Junior (Joao) Varela (Forward)
Born: Portugal November 4th 2000
Age 23
Originally joined the Linnets in the 2019-20 season after playing for a number of Portugese clubs.
Rejoined the King's Lynn Town Under 23 Academy team in 2022 having previously played for Thetford Town - making 32 appearances scoring five goals.
The 2022-23 season saw him with a short loan spell with Yaxley in November 2022 before moving on to Ely City for who he made 22 appearances, scoring four goals.
Ethan Wilson (Central Midfield)

Initially signed on contract in December 2021 and then on a two year contract in July 2023.
Released by Peterborough at the age of 16.
Played for the King's Lynn Under 19 Academy in the National League U19 Alliance for seasons 2021-22 and 2022-23 making a total of 36 appearances
scoring six goals.
Also had a spell with Yaxley towards the end of the 2022-23 season.
One month loan to Wisbech Town September 2023.
Kai Yearn (Central Midfield)

Signed 8th September one month loan from Cambridge United.
The 18 year old midfielder stepped up from United’s U18 side in July 2022 and made 20 appearances (16 starts) while on loan to Chelmsford City.
He made his League One debut for the U’s in the last match of the 2021-22 season which also saw him make three appearances in the FA Youth Cup, scoring twice, and four appearances in the EFL Trophy.
The 2022-23 season, in addition to his time with Chelmsford, saw one appearance in League One and four in the FA Youth Cup, scoring against Arsenal in the quarter finals.
Mark Hughes (Manager)
Born: 16 September 1983 Dungannon, Northern Ireland
Age 41
Appointed coach January 2022 and then Interim manager 3 April 2023 following the resignation of Tommy Widdrington.
A run of five wins took Lynn to the play-off semi-finals before to defeat against Kidderminster Harriers and was appointed manager on a two year contact on 12 May 2023.
As a midfield player, he appeared for a number of clubs starting as a youth with Tottenham Hotspur with loan spell at Northampton Town and Oldham Athletic
before making a permanent move to Oldham in 2005. Spells at Thurrock, Chesterfield (loan), Stevenage Borough, Chester City, Barnet, Eastleigh and Chelmsford City followed.
He joined in Eastbourne Borough in 2016 and then Bishop Stortford where he was also Assistant Manager.
He was assistant manager at Cheshunt (Jan 2020-Jan 2021) and Billericay (Jan - Dec 2021).
He is an UEFA A Licensed Football Coach. FA Youth Module Level 1 + 2
Hughes toured with Northern Ireland in America making two full caps against Romania and Uruguay.
Sacked 25th September have recorded one league win in ten games.
Adrian Whitbread (Assistant Manager)

Appointed 15th June 2023.
As a player he made 367 league appearances with the majority of those being with Portsmouth (134) and Leyton Orient (125) with spells at Reading, Exeter City, Luton Town,
Swindon and West Ham United.
His managerial career saw him as assistant coach at Barnet and assistant manager at Brentford, MK Dons and Leicester City.
He moved on to various coaching/managerial roles with the Puerto Rico National Team and Puerto Rico Islanders before moving on to Antigua Barracuda FC.
and Bahrain U23 & Olympic team.
Returning to England he became first team coach at Barnet in the summer of 2015 moving onto Chesterfield in May 2018 leaving at the end of that year.
Both clubs being managed by Martin Allen.
The former defender has a UEFA Pro Licence.
