James Rowe (Head Coach)
Born: Ipswich, Jul 23, 1983 Age 41
Appointed 22nd May 2025 on a long-term agreement.
An experienced manager, he had successful spells at Gloucester City, Chesterfield, and AFC Fylde and also served as assistant manager at Aldershot Town
As a player, the Ipswich born striker started his career with Luton Town and Charlton Athletic before joining Ilkestone at the age of 18.
A number of clubs followed including Histon (twice), Heybridge Swifts, Stamford, Grantham Town, Rugby Town, Needham Market, AFC Sudbury, Leiston, and Canvey Island followed
He entered coaching at Birmingham City, earning his UEFA A Licence, and then joined West Ham United in 2014 as Assistant Academy Manager.
Rowe holds a Master’s degree in Sports Science from Nottingham Trent University, a Master in Sports Directorship, and a Master in Coaching.

Signed 25th June 2024 having been released from Fleetwood Town U21s the previous month.
Doncaster based, he was an U18 player with spells at Hull, Huddersfield and Grimsby, joining Hartlepool United in November 2022.
While there he had a loan periods with Pontefract, Liversedge and Stockton and then joined Fleetwood Town in July 2023 joining FC United of Manchester on loan, making 30 appearances. Appearances:

Signed 28th May 2025 Was with his home club for fourteen years during which time he had loan spells with Hemel Hempstead, Dagenham & Redbridge and Stevenage (four League Two appearances). He made nine appearances for the Tractor Boys, being released in 2022. He joined Chesterfield for the 2022-23 season, with a short loan spell with Eastleigh in September 2023 - joining Hornchurch in August 2024.

Signed 10th June 2025 having previously been on the books of Nottingham Forest.
Joining Forest at the age on 10, the 21 year old progressed through the ranks to the U21s and was also part of the U18 Reds side that reached the FA Youth Cup final in 2022.
His progress was halted in the 2023-24 season, when he suffered a broken leg in the 90th minute playing for the U21s against Carlisle United in an EFL Trophy tie.

Signed 24 May 2024 from Leiston Town.
His early football saw him at Colchester United's Academy and then AFC Sudbury for the 2018-19 season before moving on to Bury Town and then to Ipswich U21s making one first-team appearance as an 82nd substitute in a 2-0 win against Gillingham in an Papa John's (EFL) Trophy group match in October, 2020.
While with Ipswich he had loan spells with Concord Rangers and Bury Town.
He joined Needham Market in June 2022 following his release from Ipswich Town.
For Leiston, he made 47 appearances in the 2023-24 season scoring 13 goals. Appearances:

Signed on 9th June having played for Alvechurch where he spent some eighteen months making a total of 71 appearances, scoring six goals Crowther had a spell with Dundee United Development Squad, joining them in January 2022 his appearances including one for the Dundee B team in the Scottish Challenge Cup against Buckie Thistle.

Tai Fleming (Defender)

In his second spell with the club, signing June 2025 from Banbury United.
Having been with the Linnets from 2020 to 2023 he went on to Banbury United for the 2023-24 season playing in every match and captaining the team.
Lynn born, the 23 year old played for Norwich City Academy from the age of 10 to 16, he joined Yeovil Town on a two year scholarship in 2018 captaining the youth team and playing in some U23s Premier League Cup matches.
Had a loan spell in September 2019 with Melksham Town on work experience.
He became a Linnet on 21 July 2020 and made 21 appearances for Lynn before going on loan to Lowestoft Town in August 2021.
He returned to Lynn for the 2022-23 season making nine league appearances - joining Banbury in June 2023 making 43 appearance in the 2024-25 season, scoring three times.
Reece Hall-Johnson, (Right sided defender midfielder)

Reece Hall-Johnson, began his career with Norwich City Academy, progressing to the U21s before moving on to Maidstone for a brief spell, and then Bishop’s Stortford and Braintree. A move to Grimsby was made in 2017, which was followed by a loan spell with Chester and then a move to Northampton.
A year later, he joined Wrexham and played against Lynn in the 2-6 defeat in November 2021.
He joined Barnet in July 2023 and went on loan to Solihull Moors in February 2025, initially for a month, which was then extended for the rest of the season.
Barnet recalled him after he had made seven appearances for Moors. He made six appearances for Barnet at the beginning of the 2024-25 season.

He made 103 appearances for Southport having made his debu in August 2021, scoring 11 goals.
His youth career saw him at Bolton Wanderers' Academy, Barnsley Under-16s and then a two-year scholarship with Accrington Stanley Under-18s.
He joined Welsh Premier League club TNS in 2019 which saw him have loan spells with FC United and Ramsbottom, transferring to Marine for the 2020-21 season.

Paul Jones (Goalkeeper/Coach)

Born: Maidstone, 28 June 1986 Age 38
Signed June 2021.
Jones began his career with the youth system of Charlton Athletic in 2001 before signing for Leyton Orient's youth system in 2002.
Although not making a first team appearance there he impressed youth coach Alex Inglethorpe sufficiently to follow him to Exeter City when Inglethorpe became manager there and went on to make 158 league appearances.
After a loan period with Peteborough United he joined Posh on a free transfer in June 2011.
After his first season with Peterborough he rejected the opportunity to stay and moved on to Crawley Town making 92 league appearances before joining Portsmouth in June 2014. He made 55 league appearances for Pompey in his two seasons with which also saw him loaned back to Crawley for seven weeks.
He then spent two seasons with Norwich as third choice keeper making just the one league cup appearance.
Jones returned to Exeter at the beginning January 2018 on loan for the remainder of that season and was released subsequently by the Canaries.
Following a trial with Kilmarnock he joined Fleetwood in August 2018 making three appearances in this season for them before joining Sheffield Wednesday as third choice keeper making the first team squad on eight occasions but not playing and leaving in July 2020.
Appointed player-coach soon after the departure on manager Tommy Widdrington in April 2023.

Kyle Callan-McFadden (central defender)

Born: Ramelton , County Donegal, Ireland 20 April 1995 Age 30
Signed 20th November 2020 when he moved to Norfolk for family reasons, leaving League of Ireland club Sligo Rovers.
Agreed two year contract with Lynn, June 2021.
The centre back joined Norwich City's Academy at the age of 16 as a first year scholar in the summer of 2011 having impressed in trials.
McFadden began with Irish side Swilly Rovers with whom he was capped at Republic of Ireland Under-16 level and he then received further caps with Norwich at Under 17 level.
He helped the Canaries win the FA Youth Cup playing in both legs of the final against Chelsea.
He made his first team debut for the Canaries on 28 July 2014 in a friendly against OGC Nice and his professional debut in Norwich's 3'1 League Cup second round victory against Crawley Town in August 2014, playing the full 90 minutes.
He was released by Norwich at the end of the 2014'15 season but later played for Ireland's Under21s.
He moved on to join Orlando City B in October 2015.
On 2 December 2016, Callan-McFadden was signed by Sligo Rovers of the League of Ireland Premier Division, making over one hundred appearances, scoring five times.
Apart from playing for the Canaries, McFadden also has links with Norfolk via his wife who has family in Tasburgh.
'If fans come to see me they can expect to see hard tackles, powerful heading, and a player that's good with the ball at his feet,' Callan-McFadden is quoted as saying in an On The Ball City match-day programme.

Paulius Falcao (Central Defender)

A member of the KLTFC U19 Academy who was with Norwich City's U12 and U14 Academy, Dersingham Rovers U16s and Heacham FC.
He made 36 appearances for Heacham in the 2023-24 season (27 starts) scoring once. For the Linnets' U19s in the same season he scored seven goals from 19 appearances and 8 appearances, 1 goal, for the U23s. On contract June 2024 and joined Deeping Rangers on loan at the beginning of the 2024-25 season.

Adam Marriott (striker)

In his first spell - Signed 9th October 2018 from Boston United.
Having signed for the Pilgrims from Royston Town in the summer of 2018 he made a total of nine appearances, scoring once.
Marriott began with Norwich City's academy leaving at the age of 15 and joining Cambridge United as a scholar.
During his three seasons with the U's he made 56 appearances scoring 10 goals.
The period also saw him have loan spells with Cambridge City and Bishop's Stortford and eventually joined City in 2012 where he was a prolific scorer with 57 goals from 69 league appearances.
Moves to Stevenage, which saw a spell blighted with injury, and then Lincoln City followed where he helped City to the National League title and Emirates FA Cup quarter-finals in 2016-2017.
He turned down a new contract with the Imps to be closer to his Cambridge home, signing for Royston Town.
Having scored 31 goals for The Crows he opted to leave Garden Walk for "one more shot in the conference or the football league" joining Boston
His 24 league goals from 33 appearances for Lynn in the 2018-19 season saw him receive the Southern League's Golden Boot Award.
A further 28 league goals the following season saw him recieve the National League North Awards for Golden Boot and Player of the Season.
Left Lynn for Eastleigh in April 2021.
Returning in June 2025 from Boston United he had played for Eastleigh, Barnet ( 17 league goals in 36 appearances), and Bromley (34 apps, 11 goals) before signing for the Pilgrims in February 2024 initially on loan.
He scored 3 goals in 34 appearances in the 2024-25 season for the Pilgrims but with only 3 starts.

Gold Omotayo (striker)

Born: Zurich, 27 January 1994 Age 31
In his second spell with the club having first signed in July 2021 on a two year deal having declined the offer of pre-season with his previous club Wrexham.
Full name Gold Ire Omotayo Agbomoagan, a 6ft 4in striker.
Starting with FC Zurich as a goal-keeper he switched to an outfield player in his early teens. He played regional football with FC Schlieren and FC Wettswil-Bonstetten before coming to England and joining Isthmian League Premier Division side Whitehawk in July 2017.
A record of 11 goals in 16 games earned him a trial at Bury where he signed a one year deal. Scoring, what turned out to be his only goal for Bury, on his debut against Yeovil on the opening day of the 2018-19 season, a spell of seven games without a goal saw him join Maidstone on a 35 day loan (five appearances - 1 start) 1 goal.
Leaving Bury, having made 17 appearances (4 starts), he moved to Yeovil Town in August 2019 where he scored twice in 17 appearances and then to FC Halifax Town in October 2020 making four appearances without scoring.
He moved on to Gloucester City in February 2021 playing and scoring on his 73-minute debut, which turned out to be his only game with the Tigers because of the season closing.
He joined Wrexham in April 2021 where he scored three goals from eleven appearances - two of these being against Lynn.

On leaving Lynn he joined AFC Fylde in July 2023 making 17 league appearances (three goals) and then moved to Kidderminster Harriers four months later making 18 appearances (8 starts) scoring 3 goals.

After knocking in 15 goals from 12 appearances for Heacham Reserves, he burst onto the adult football scene with 32 goals in 37 appearances for the Magpies in the 2022-23 season, before scoring 40 goals in 53 games the following year with Heacham and then Downham Town. He had a three-week trial at The Walks in July 2023 but returned to Heacham to continue his development. Joining Downham Town in November 2023 he moved to Corby Town in September 2024, helping them finish runners-up in the Northern Premier League Midlands Division with 32 league goals in 47 appearances. Toll, who was under contract at Steel Park until the summer of 2026, won the league’s Golden Boot award and Northern Premier League Midland Division Young Player of the Season.

The 2022'23 season saw him on loan spells with Darlington and Farsley Celtic scoring 5 goals in 13 games for the latter, including a goal at The Walks in March 2023 in their 2-1 win.
He joined Fleetwood Town in July 2023, making his debut and his only league appearance against as a substitute against Shrewsbury Town in August 2023.
In October 2023, he joined National League South club Torquay United on a short-term loan deal making ten appearances.

Tom Wilson (Defender)

Signing announced 31st May 2024 following the end of his contract with FC Halifax Town.
Wilson came through the youth ranks at Sheffield United before joining Hallam FC on his release.
He moved on to Stalybridge Celtic in June 2020 during which time he went on loan with Belper Town and made the move there permanent in August 2021.
He helped the The Nailers to promotion to the Northern Premier League Premier Division via the playoffs but the following season saw them relegated while Wilson was named the Supporters' Young Player of the Season. In his two full seasons with Belper he made 81 appearances, scoring 11 times.
Joining Halifax for the 2023-24 season he made just the one National League appearance, against Eastleigh in September 2023.
