Gary Setchell (Manager)
Born: 08 May 1975, King's Lynn Age 48
Appointed 18 January 2010 as joint manager with Kevin Boon. Took over as manager after Boon stepped down in October 2011
Setchell started with Lynn's Youth team in 1991 and went on to play for Wisbech Town and Fakenham before joining Kettering Town in 1999.The following season he joined Rushden & Diamonds and made 77 appearances, scoring three goals, his final appearance being in March 2003. He moved on to Tamworth but domestic circumstances saw him move back to Lynn, making his debut for the senior side at the start of 2004.
He made 15 appearances that season, scoring twice. He made a further 36 appearances, scoring twice, in the following season before being released in June 2005. He went on to play for AFC Sudbury and then spent two seasons at Swaffham before moving onto Wisbech where he became manager in November 2008.

Danny Beaumont
Born: 06 December 1989 Age 34
Signed on a two year deal in June 2011 from Dereham Town for an undisclosed fee.
He spent four seasons at Dereham making 207 appearances scoring 112 goals.

Patrick Bexfield (Defender/Midfield)
Born: 09 Nov 1988 Cambridge Age 35
Re-signed October 2012 from Cambridge City..
First signed August 2010.
A right back/midfielder who progressed through Cambridge United youth squads and then joined Norwich's Under-16 squad for the 2004-05 season and went on to play for City Reserves making a few appearances on the first team bench at the end of the 06-07 season.
He was released by the Canaries in May 2008 and had a trial with Cambridge United but subsequently signed for Wisbech Town in August 2008 but suffered a broken arm 30 minutes into his debut. Released by The Fenmen he joined Needham Market.
He joined Cambridge City in August 2009 making 24 starts and a further 15 substitute appearances in a period which also saw a month's loan at Biggleswade.
In his first spell with Lynn he made 77 appearances, scoring six goals. He left Lynn in December 2011 in search of football at a higher level.
A spell at Corby Town followed and then he signed for Cambridge City in February 2012 making 12 appearances in 2011-12 and a further nine in 2012-13 before joining Lynn.

Luke Biles
Born: 2 July 1993 Age 30
Midfield. Very promising youngster who was with Lynn Youth before moving to Fakenham and Dersingham after the demise of the old Club. Returned to Lynn to become a member of the King's Lynn Town Reserves team that won two promotions in the UCL Reserve League 2010-2012.

Dan Buhlemann Daniel Buhlemann (Defender)
Born: 04 Jan 1984 Age 40
Rejoined the club from Dereham Town where he made 71 appearances over two seasons scoring six goals.
Was Dereham's Player of the Year in the 2009-10 season.
Spent over four seasons at The Walks making his first team debut in November 2007.

Richard Bunting (Midfielder)
Born: 10 Sep 1981 Age 42
Signed from Long Buckby in the summer of 2012. He joined Long Buckby in July 2007 from Cogenhoe United, his previous clubs include Raunds and Brackley.
In the 2011-12 season he made 37 appearances, scoring 11 goals for the Bucks..
The two previous seasons saw him total 15 goals from 66 appearances.

Charlie Butt (Defender/Midfield)
Born: 7 Feb 1995 King's Lynn Age 29
Signed on work experience from Peterborough United February 2013.
The son of former Lynn player Mark Butt, had spent five years at Peterborough United but was released as a second year academy player the end of January.
Butt has played for Peterborough at a number of levels including Under 16, Under 18 and for their reserves.

Russell Dunkley (Striker)
Born: 4 June 1982 Age 41
Signed in June 2012 from Long Buckby having joined The Bucks in July 2011 from Daventry Town.
In the 2011-12 season he scored 40 goals from 45 appearances.
The widely travelled 30 year old includes Ford Sports, Newport Pagnell, Cogenhoe United, Leamington, Brackley, Woodford United, Raunds Town, Northampton Spencer, Bedford Town, and Rushden & Diamonds amongst his former clubs.

Jamie Forshaw
Born: 21 November 1990 Edinburgh Age 33
Signed from Lowestoft Town in the summer of 2012.
A former Norwich City schoolboy and Cambridge United academy player who joined Southend United's youth team. During this time at Roots Hall he played for Southend Reserves, won a call to the Scotland Under-16 squad and spent time on loan to Bishops Stortford, Forshaw was was released by Southend in May 2009. He joined Ebbsfleet United in July 2009 and whilst there was loaned to Ashford Town. He was released by Ebbsfleet in February 2010 after making 13 appearances for the Fleet, 11 of which had come from the bench. He joined Lowestoft Town in early February 2010, in the 2011-12 season he made 33 appearances, scoring four goals, although only nine of the apperaances were for 90 minutes..

Ryan Fryatt
Born: 02 October 1993 Portugal Age 30
Centre Half. A very promising young defender who was with the Academies of Norwich City and Cambridge United. Played for Dereham Town in the Eastern Counties League in the 2009-10 season.

Danny Gay
Born: 05 August 1982 King's Lynn Age 41
Signed September 2010 for his second spell with the club.
Born in Lynn he first signed for the Linnets in August 2009
He progressed though the youth and Academy sides at Norwich playing in Norwich Reserves Avon Insurance League Cup final against Reading in April 2001 where he was the hero in a 5-3 penalty shoot-out. He joined Southend in May 2001 making his debut the following December in a 1-0 win against Rochdale and went on to make 11 league appearances.
In March 2003 he was called in as standby for the Welsh Under-21 team but ended the season on loan to Hornchurch where he spent the following season keeping a clean sheet in the FA Cup when Hornchurch defeated Darlington.
He moved on to Braintree in August 2004 rejoining former Hornchurch manager George Borg, and then moved to Bishops Stortford the following year.
He returned to Braintree towards the latter part of January 2006, helping them win the Ryman League title. July 2006 saw him move to Heybridge Swifts. After a trial at Leeds United in pre-season 2007 and then returned to Essex, joining Chelmsford City for the 2007-08 season. After help them win promotion to Conference South he was released at the end of the 2008/9 season.
He made 18 appearances for Lynn and on the club's demise went to Needham Market where he helped the club win the Ridgeons League and promotion to the Ryman League.
He signed for AFC Sudbury in July 2011 and was ever-present with them in the 2011-12 season.

Phil Gulliver
Born: 12 September 1982 Bishop Auckland Age 41
6 ft 2 in central defender signed from Corby Town July 2012.
He began his career as a trainee with Middlesbrough and although he did not make his league debut there he made appearances while on loan for Blackpool, Carlisle United, Bournemouth, Bury and Scunthorpe United.
During his spell at Bournemouth he played at the Millennium Stadium and picked up a play-off winners medal as Bournemouth won promtion from the then Division Three.
Released by 'Boro after two seasons, he joined Rushden & Diamonds in 2004.
He spent two seasons at Rushden but when they were relegated from the football league he signed for Hereford United making 26 appearances in the 2006-07 season. He rejoined Rushden and went on to make a further 42 appearances. A short spell at Oxford City followed before joining Corby in December 2008.
His arrival at Corby inspired them to a run of 530 minutes without conceding a goal.
Appointed captain, Gulliver went on to help the club to promotion to the Conference North in his first season.
He scored two goals from 40 appearances for The Steelmen in the 2011-12 season.

Robert Hughes
Born: 01 October 1986 Age 37
Central midfielder signed from Spalding United in October 2011.
He started his career with Nottingham Forest progressing through the Reserves to make his first team debut as a substitute in September 2006.
He was released at the end of the 2006-07 season having made two starts and two substitute appearances and went on to play for Stamford, Corby Town, Grantham Town and St Neots.
It whilst he was at St Neots that Lynn first tried to sign him in the 2010-11 season but he was loaned to Deeping Rangers.
He started the 2011-12 season with Spalding, his second spell with The Tulips.

Dan Jacob
Born: 26 May 1988 Age 35
Left sided winger signed March 2013 from St Neots where he had scorded 60 goals from 98 appearances covering three seasopn.s A former Peterborough Evening Telegraph Junior Footballer of the Year in 1998 and Peterborough United trainee, he has previously played for Yaxley and Deeping Rangers, joining St Neots during the 2009-10 season and seeing them to two promotions.

James Jepson
Born: 06 May 1982 Age 41 Midfielder signed February 2013 from Gresley.
The 2010-11 season saw him play for Gedling Town, Rainworth MW and then Hucknall Town Jepson joined Gresley in October 2011 and made 66 appearances, scoring seven goals.
His other previous clubs include Notts County, Lincoln City, Wolaton FC, Southwell Cit and Australian clubs Sorrento FC and Morley Winmills SC,

Jason Lee
Born: 19 Mar 1993 Age 31
Signed September 2012 from Banbury United.
The 29-year old defender signed for Banbury during the summer of 2012 having joined Daventry Town in 2009.
He has had spells with Kettering Town, Cogenhoe United and Long Buckby.
As a youth team player he spent time with Aston Villa, Tottenham Hotspur and Rushden & Diamonds.

Winger. Another former King's Lynn Youth player who is very tricky and possesses a good turn of speed.
Can play on either flank. Assisted March Town in the latter part of the 2009-10 season. Part of the King's Lynn Town Reserves team that won two promotions in the UCL Reserve League 2010-2012the following two seasons.
Member of Norfolk County U18 team that won the FA County Youth Cup in April 2011.

Tom McLeish
Born: 8 May 1993 Age 30
Defender.
Was with Lynn Youths before moving to Downham Town.
Returned to the club and was part of the King's Lynn Town Reserves team that won two promotions in the UCL Reserve League 2010-2012the following two seasons.
Member of Norfolk County U18 team that won the FA County Youth Cup in April 2011.

Sam Mulready
Born: 06 May 1993 King's Lynn Age 30
Striker signed on loan from Gainsborough Trinity in October 2012.
Originally a Grimsby Town academy player who was a contracted professional with the Mariners and, for whom he made two appearances, he spent time on loan with a number of clubs including Brigg Town, North Ferriby United and Boston United before making a move to Gainsborough permament.
He spent the beginning of 2012-13 on loan to Holbeach United.
Recalled to Gainsborough at the end of January 2013 but completed a transfer back to The Walks the following month.

Dan Quigley
Born: 29 Mar 1990 Age 33
A no nonsense midfielder signed June 2012 from Long Buckby.
Made 40 competitve appearances for Long Buckby in the 2011-12 season scoring 12 goals, one being the only goal against Lynn when The Bucks visited The Walks in September 2011.
The 2010-11 season saw him make 39 appearances (8 goals - including one against Lynn) and the previous season the same number of goals from 40 appearances.
The 2008-09 season saw him make just the one appearance.

Steve Spriggs Steve Spriggs (Winger/striker)
Born: 30 Jun 1988 Age 35
Originally with Cambridge United's Academy and then Ely City, Steve made his Lynn first team debut coming on as substitute against Rugby Town in August 2007 and made four appearances that season, scoring one goal plus 11 goals for the Reserves.
He joined Mildenhall Town in January 2008 making 46 appearances, scoring 11 goals.
He then moved onto Wroxham, helping them to their FA Vase Final appearance.
In the 2009-10 season he made 45 appearances for the Yachtsmen scoring 16 goals - five in their FA Vase run.
He returned to Lynn in June 2010 and left to try professional football in Sweden in March 2012, returning to Lynn that summer.
Left the club in Janunary 2013, joining Boston United but returned to The Walks two weeks later having played just 45 minutes in their 7-1 defeat at Altrincham,

Alex Street Alex Street (Goal Keeper)
Born: 27 Jul 1991 Age 32
Another signing from Wisbech Town, Alex was ever-present for Wisbech in the 2009-10 season having made his debut in March 2009.
In total he made 63 appearances (inc 1 as sub) keeping 12 clean sheets.
2010 also saw him training with Cambridge United and play in their Under 19 team which won a tournament in France
Placed on a two year contract in late September 2010.
Spent periods of the 2012-13 season with Wisbech, Deeping Rangers and Spalding United as dual registration.

Jamie Thurlbourne Jamie Thurlbourne (Midfield)
Born: 07 Oct 1987 Age 36
Signed June 2010, Jamie has played for a number of East Anglian clubs including Cambridge City, Wisbech Town, Haverhill, Mildenhall Town and Long Melford.
He had a spell with St Albans, joining from Newmarket Town and making his debut in August 2009 and making three starts plus four substitute appearances.
Moving on to Mildenhall he made 36 appearances in the 2009-10 season scoring seven goals.
Left Lynn 6th February 2013, signing for Spalding United.

George Thomson (Midfield)
Born: 19 May 1992 Age 31
Signed in October 2012 and dual registration with Histon.
George Thomson's football career saw him at Mowbray Rangers before joining Nottingham Forest's Academy. After three years there he had a season with the Glenn Hoddle Academy in Spain where he played for Jerez Industrial, being loaned to Hinckley United for a couple of games in December 2011.
After impressing during pre-season at Histon he was signed by Dennis Greene and he made 7 appearances (inc three as sub) before joining Lynn.

Shane Tolley (Striker)
Born 18 Feb 1985, Barnstaple Age 39
Signed 8 December 2012 from Histon
Tolley (nicknamed Custard) started his career at Peterborough United and was their first Academy player to play for England schoolboys.
Leaving Peterborough when they scrapped their youth team in 2003 he had brief spells at FK Riga in Latvia and Bohemian FC in the Republic of Ireland before returning to his native south west to spend three years at Truro.
He then moved to home town club Barnstaple Town before linking up with Dennis Greene at St Neots Town in 2010 and scoring 56 league goals in two seasons.
Nineteen of these goals in the 2011-12 season help St Neots win promotion to the Southern League Premier Division.
Tolley moved to Spalding in the summer of 2012 where he scored 12 times in 15 league starts.
He rejoined Dennis Greene at Histon in November 2012, scoring one goal in four starts.

Jason Turner (Striker)
Born 01 August 1981, Kettering Age 42
Signed February 2012 from Wellingborough Town.
Has had spells with a number of clubs including Rothwell Corinthians, Rothwell Town (twice), Kettering, Histon, Stamford (twice), Grantham Town (twice plus loan), Rugby Town (twice), and Deeping Rangers. .
Turner has scored 24 goals from 30 games in all competitions this season for the Doughboys. Last season, during which he moved from Deeping Rangers to Wellingborough, saw him score 24 goals from 25 games.
Turner scored a nine minute hat-trick against Lynn when Wellingborough visited The Walks in December.
He is no stranger in terms of scoring against Lynn having notched a hat-trick for Rothwell Town against Lynn in their 4-3 win in August 2002 and another three in the pre-season friendly against Grantham in August 2006.

Stuart Wall (Defender)
Born: 18 May 1987 Chelmsford Age 36
Signed during the summer of 2011 from Bedford Town.
The Chelmsford born defender can play at either centre or right back.
Starting at Peterborough he joined Coventry City and progressed through City's academy, playing in the highly successful team of 2005.
He played for City Reserves before returning to Peterborough.in 2006 on a one year contract.
Other clubs include Corby (who he joined in January 2008) and prior to that Alfreton Town (on loan), Cambridge City and Stamford (on-loan)..

Ross Watson Ross Watson (Defender)
Born: 22 May 1988 Age 35
Signed in December 2010 from Stamford.
He was youth team skipper with Rushden & Diamonds prior to joining Cambridge City's academy along with Jamie Thurlbourne and Steve Spriggs in June 2004.
Subsequently moved to Blackstones and then to Stamford in June 2008.

Danny White Danny White (Midfield)
Born: 30 Sep 1983 Age 40
In his second spell with the club, signing in October 2012.
Originally signed in June 2010 from FA Vase finalists Wroxham.
He was part of the youth set-up at Cambridge from 11 until he was released, aged 17.
He spent five seasons with Diss Town - a short spell with Needham Market followed by a return to Diss and trials with Cambridge United in April 2006.
He joined Wroxham in the August of 2006 and has made 169 appearances, scoring 19 goals.
He left Lynn at the end of the 2011-12 season and joined Wroxham and then moved onto Norwich United.
Released February 2013.

Jordan Yong (Defender)
Signed July 2011.
Born: 25 May 1990 Age 33
The left footed defender was spotted playing in Wisbech St Mary's under 8 side which resulted in him spending the next seven years at the Peterborough and Cambridge United academies before joining the Norwich City academy in July 2006.
When he was not offered professional terms at Carrow Road he trialled for Southend and made an appearance for Lynn in a pre-season friendly defeat against S&L Corby in July 2008.
He played for Wisbech in the 2009-10 season and then moved to New Zealand in the spring of 2010, playing for Richmond Athletic.
He was offered a full-time deal with Histon in July 2012 but opted to stay with Lynn.
